The hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of luxury amenities and attentive service. the exclusive leisure room was well, equipped with comfortable seating, a large TV, and a pool table. the room advantages were impressive too, with plush bedding and a spacious en suite bathroom with free toiletries. the free breakfast had a great variety of foods, from fresh fruits to hot dishes.
Our only minor issue was with the location, as it was a bit far from the city center. the hotel provided a free shuttle service to take us to nearby attractions.

Great Location, close to the city center and easy access to transportation. the hotel had good security measures and the staff was available 24/7. the pool was a huge plus, with clean water and nice surroundings, definitely worth a dip. It had a restaurant which had a pleasant ambience and offered a nice variety of food.
The rooms were quite disappointing, outdated, and in dire need of a renovation. the facilities felt old and not very well, maintained, especially the carpets and some furniture.

We had a romantic escape and enjoyed the beautiful view from our room. The room was spacious and comfortable with quality amenities. The location was perfect for exploring the city and accessing local attractions. One of our favorite parts was the diverse breakfast offered each morning.
There were some negative aspects to our stay. The staff was not always attentive and we experienced some delays in service.

The only downside mentioned by a guest is the internet connection, stating that it could be better. this minor inconvenience does not seem to overshadow the positive aspects of the hotel experience.
